REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at J M A TRADING LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to offering as much value through our Products & Services. Outlined below are the Policies Regarding Purchasing any Product or Service from this Site. 

If something about your Product or Service is not meeting expectation—we are happy to help. Please reach out to support@watersaboveuniversity.com for assistance on how we can help you get the most value out of the Product or Service you have purchased. 

​By Purchasing a product or Service offered on this site, the Customer acknowledges that their purchase is subject to the terms outlined below. 

1. Canceling your Membership

Please note that cancellations must be completed through the web browser at www.watersabove.app (go to Settings, then Membership) and are not available through the mobile app.

You may cancel your WatersAbove™ Platform membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Your cancellation will take effect at the start of the next billing period — you will retain access to your membership through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of an active billing period.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available for the following products under the conditions outlined below. If you have questions about if the membership is right for you, email support@watersaboveuniversity.com for assistance.

The WatersAbove™ Platform Membership (Monthly or Annual Subscription)

J M A Trading LLC offers a 14-day refund policy for new purchases of The WatersAbove™ Platform memberships.

You are not eligible for a refund if:
(1) you have accessed, streamed, or downloaded any of the purchased Content;
(2) the request is submitted after the 14-day period; or
(3) evidence of refund abuse or fraudulent activity is found.

This 14-day refund window applies to initial purchases only. Automatic renewals are not eligible for a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please reach out to support@watersaboveuniversity.com detailing the reason for your refund request. To ensure your request is processed within the eligible 14-day window, please contact us as soon as possible after your purchase.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is submitted, Paddle will review your eligibility and may reach out to the email associated with your account for additional information. You will be notified of the outcome regardless of eligibility. If approved, Paddle will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation request being received. No fees will be incurred as a result of the reimbursement.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are not available for any products or memberships sold through this site.
