REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing WatersAbove. We are committed to delivering value through our platform and want every member to have a great experience. If something is not meeting your expectations, please reach out to support@watersaboveuniversity.com and we will do our best to help.
By purchasing a membership on this site, you acknowledge that your purchase is subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Canceling Your Membership
You may cancel your WatersAbove membership at any time. Cancellations must be completed through your web browser at app.watersabove.com by navigating to Settings, then Membership. Cancellation is not available through the mobile app.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, your cancellation must be submitted at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Your cancellation will take effect at the start of the next billing period and you will retain full access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
2. Refund Policy
WatersAbove memberships are generally non-refundable except as described below or as required by applicable law.
New purchases of a WatersAbove membership are eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days of the initial purchase date. To request a refund, contact support@watersaboveuniversity.com with your reason for the request. We will review your request and respond regardless of eligibility. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Membership renewals are not eligible for refunds under our policy. However, if you believe a renewal charge was made in error, please contact us promptly at support@watersaboveuniversity.com.
Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor that acts as merchant of record. In rare circumstances — such as suspected fraud or an unresolvable billing dispute — that processor may independently issue a refund within 60 days of a transaction at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law. This does not constitute an extension of our 14-day refund policy, and such determinations are made entirely by the processor, not by WatersAbove.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the eligible window, contact support@watersaboveuniversity.com as soon as possible after your purchase. Please include the email address associated with your account and the reason for your request. Requests submitted after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund under this policy.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for any memberships or products sold through this site.
