REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at J M A TRADING LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to offering as much value through our Products & Services. Outlined below are the Policies Regarding Purchasing any Product or Service from this Site.
If something about your Product or Service is not meeting expectation—we are happy to help. Please reach out to watersabovemod@gmail.com for assistance on how we can help you get the most value out of the Product or Service you have purchased.
By Purchasing a product or Service offered on this site, the Customer acknowledges that their purchase is subject to the terms outline below.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds or Exchanges are available for the following products under the conditions outlined:
Online Courses (One-Time Purchase for Lifetime Access):
Due to the nature of these digital products, refunds are not offered on any of my courses, if purchased independently from THE COLLECTIVE MEMBERSHIP. Please be very intentional about your purchase. If you have questions about if the course is right for you, email watersabovemod@gmail.com for assistance. Exchanges will not be allowed.
THE COLLECTIVE Membership (Monthly or Annual Subscription)
Refunds for THE COLLECTIVE Membership are available only under specific conditions, such as failure of JMA Trading LLC to deliver promised rewards or where significant technical errors required you to create multiple accounts and have paid twice for the same service. J M A Trading LLC offers a 14-day refund policy for new purchases of THE COLLECTIVE memberships at www.watersabove.app
Refunds will only be granted if:
(1) The request is submitted within the 14-day period; and
(2) The User has not accessed or downloaded more than 25% of the purchased Content.After the 14-day period, or if significant use of the Content has occurred, all sales are considered final.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please fill out this form and we’ll review the request on a case-by-case basis and inform you about next steps.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your request and verify your eligibility, we may reach out to the email you provided with additional questions. You will hear from us whether or not you are eligible. If you are eligible, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten (10) business days of approval.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are not available for Courses within the WatersAbove™ App or THE COLLECTIVE Memberships.
